A definite must-read for all communication fans

I would start my review off with the word "WOW," but that would be far too much of an understatement. If you could multiply "WOW" by 100 times, that may begin to describe the sheer brilliance that is to be found within the pages. This book, quite simply put, was 176 pages of pure, unadulterated psychologically thrilling genius. The author clearly has an encyclopedic understanding of the subject matter. This text should be THE reference guide for anyone who desires to acquire active listening and communication skills. This is probably my third favorite book after War and Peace and The Zombie Survival Guide. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

A great tool!

The information provided is such a huge help if you are trying to learn how to be a more effective communicator. I was directed to read this for a class, and I found all the information very helpful. I will be using all the suggestions in any future roles I may serve in.
