Supposed to be a new copy

This was supposed to be a brand new copy of the book. It was not. Cover was bent and the pages were obviously used. Good information but I did not get the new copy I paid for.

The book was great, but I never received the book!

I ordered this book from quality7 through Amazon and I never received it! I desperately needed this book for my college course, so I checked it out from the library while I was still waiting for the book. I did e-mail quality7, and they promptly replied, but told me to wait 30 days after the scheduled delivery date. So I waited. But no book. I e-mailed them again, then they sent me an insurance form for me to sign for a full refund. I signed the form and mailed it back. Since then, I have never heard from them... I did e-mailed them again, but no reply. The form is lost in the mail too? I am very disappointed!
